Baby Feeding Tips (Part 2): Expand Your Baby’s Eating Skills

After introducing solid foods to your baby, the next stage in weaning is to familiarise your baby with harder textured foods. In this video, we will show examples of foods you can introduce.

Also, we will demonstrate how you can help your baby learn self-feeding, cup and straw drinking, and steps that you can take to encourage positive mealtime behaviours. There is even a summary of feeding skills you can expect your baby to develop from 6 months to 1 year of age.
